The conference is organized in both presence and virtual forms. If you decide to come and then for any reason cannot participate, you will get on-line access. The recording will be available for one month after the conference. Then it will be available in our e-shop.
The fee includes:
Face to Face participation - catering, Friday Gala dinner, Saturday shuttle to the Equestrian centre from the University and back; conference abstracts, the 50% discount fee for the recording of the conference.
Virtual participation - on-line access to all lectures (2 rooms) and workshops, conference abstracts, the 50% discount fee for the recording of the conference.

Any transfer fees will be charged on behalf of the participant. If any additional fee is charged to the Association, the amount will be requested from the participant.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
As the conference will be available online, there will be no refund for cancellation.
The CEFTA will collect your personal data in the scope of the name, email address, telephone for communication purposes till your written withdrawal.
NOTE: Registering under a company - every company should have a registration number within their country. If you do not have it, write a 5 digit number instead (e.g. 12345). Or you do need to write any company (leave it blank) and then it will not ask you for the Company ID.
